Launched in march 2015, this is a book depicting the nature of culture, scenery and the unique cuisine of the state of Minas Gerais. “Hospitable land of Minas Gerais”, was how/like Auguste de Saint Hilare , French naturalist , referred to the region of the gold and diamond mines, on his visit to the province of Minas Gerais in 1816. This hospitality very well perceived by the French traveler has strong relationships with the typical culinary, reference in Brazil.
